Sandra Jackson

HUNTINGTON - Sandra Irene Burnside Jackson passed away peacefully in her home Thursday, April 23, 2020. Sandra was born March 13, 1946. She is the daughter of Irene Mary Weston and Arthur Burnside. Sandra is the third of six children. She was full of life and enjoyed spending time with her kids Denis Burnside, Del (Herman) Burnside and Matthew (Matt) Sherman, grandkids Jozie Sherman, Jaymz Sherman and many nieces and nephews. Sandra loved the outdoors. She loved to work in her garden and she had a beautiful garden every year. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert Burnside and sister Patricia Blackburn. She is survived by her sons Matthew (Matt) Sherman and Del (Herman) Burnside, grandkids Jozie Sherman and Jaymz Sherman, brothers Loren (Merle) Marshall, Wayne Marshall and Jerry Marshall. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 10:00 am at Huntington City Cemetery.
