Castle Dale, Utah: Ruth Burnice Robinson Keisel, 81, passed away at her home in Castle Dale on July 24, 2015. She was born April 30, 1934 in Fayette, UT to Ernest and Burnice Thygerson Robinson. She was raised in Fayette and attended school in Gunnison. She married Verl LeRoy Keisel May 14, 1954 in Fayette and sealed September 21, 1973 in the Manti Temple. After she was married they moved a lot for work. They eventually settled in Castle Dale. She loved her flowers and working in the yard. She crocheted afghans for everyone in the family. She also made quilts with applique and a lot of old jean quilts. She enjoyed going for rides in the mountains and desert. She liked to collect rocks and had many in her collection. She was proud of her family and they were very important to her. She devoted much time to getting her own family history done. She is loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children; Teresa (Derrell) Lake of Castle Dale, Steven (Carol) Keisel of Fruit Heights, Sherrie (Scott) Bailey of Ferron, Craig (Toni) Keisel of Castle Dale, and Karla (Steve) Knighton of Castle Dale. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Verl, parents Ernest & Burnice Robinson, sisters Emma Robinson & Leona Anderson, brother Thomas Robinson, daughters Ruth, Verlyn, & Glennet, and twin grandsons Lucas & Joshua Lake. A graveside service will be held at the Manti City Cemetery in Manti, Utah on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow. Funeral services are entrusted to Fausett Mortuary of Castle Dale. Family and friends may sign the online guest book and share memories of Ruth at www.fausettmortuary.com
