Rodney Elwin Davis CLEVELAND-Rodney Elwin Davis, 70, took his first glimpse of heaven when he passed away at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center from heart complications on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010. He is survived by family and friends who love him and he will be greatly missed. At Rodney's request, no funeral services will be held. Condolences may be mailed to P.O.
