Richard Davies

Richard (Ted) Davies Price- Richard Edward (Ted) Davies, age 79, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2009 at home with his wife of 55 years by his side. He was born January 9, 1930 in Delta, Utah to Ira Hillman and Ruby Day Davies. He married Janice Edith Roberts on October 10, 1953; they had three children, six grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. He served proudly in the Korean War, he liked the outdoors doing yard work, long walks and working with his hands. He liked to build iron and wood toys and yard ornaments. He is survived by wife; Janice, children; Barbara (Butch) Olson, Rick (Sheri) Davies, and daughter-in-law; Carol Davies. He is preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters, son; Dirk Davies, and a grandson. Funeral services will be Friday, April 3, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wellington LDS 1st Ward Chapel. A viewing will be Friday at 1:00 - 1:45 p.m. at the church prior to the services. Interment will be in the Wellington City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
