Reva Fillmore

Reva Lucille Fillmore LAWRENCE - Reva Lucille Fillmore, age 81, passed away March 20, 2011. Reva was born March 1, 1930, in Idaho to Lewis and Lucille Stokes Allen. She married Norman Fillmore on March 5, 1947, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Norman passed away on November 3, 1994. Reva was a member of the Castle Country Quilters, Quilts of Valor, and Utah Quilt Guild. She was a charter member of San Rafael Piecemakers Quilt Guild. Norman and Reva were also charter members of the Buckhorn Travelers Good Sam's Club. She is survived by her children: Dale (Angie) Fillmore of Lawrence, Blaine (Cindy) Fillmore of Lawrence, Blair Fillmore of Lawrence, Carl (Elizabeth) Fillmore of Lawrence, and Sharon Chmieleski of Bristol, Connecticut; daughter-in-law, Rosann Fillmore of Orangeville; siblings: Zelma (Jack) Minchey of Grantsville, Melba Oviatt of West Valley, Jim (Dorothy) Allen of Clawson, Ray Lynn Allen of Denver, Colorado, Robert (Earlene) Allen of Orangeville, Dean (Connie) Allen of Clawson, and Rolene (Gale) Rasmussen of Vernal; 19 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman; son, Roy Fillmore; daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Fillmore; brother, Hugh Allen; sister, Loretta Allen; grandson, Andy Fillmore; and parents, Lewis and Lucille Allen. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at the Huntington LDS 5th Ward Chapel (115 South 400 East). There will be a viewing that morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m., prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in the Castle Dale City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
