Peggy Sue Cooper passed away January 18, 2020 at the Ferron Care and Rehab Center. She was born in Kansas to Gerald & Judy Seastream. She has 3 sisters. She married Bryan Cooper on January 1, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Peggy liked to bead and sketch. Survived by her husband Bryan Cooper of Green River; children Crystal Owens and Travis Owens of Green Leaf, Kansas. Preceded in death by her parents and son Daniel Owens. No services will be held.
