Myrna Watterson

Listen to Service Myrna Watterson passed away on April 11, 2015 in South Jordan, Utah at the age of 77. She was born on August 23, 1937 in Salt Lake City to Norman Lowe and Verla Curtis Lowe. She married Charles Wayne Watterson Jr. in the Manti Temple on June 8, 1956. Myrna's family moved to Hiawatha Utah when she was 5. She graduated from Carbon High School and attended CEU College. Her hobbies included crochet, knitting and quilting. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was very active in church callings. She is survived by daughters, Kim Scarbrough, Bridey Watterson, and Brook (Chris) Sarvello, and sons Ricky (Karen) Watterson and Lonnie (Donna) Watterson. She had 26 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, son Audie Lane Watterson, and parents. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Green River LDS Chapel in Green River, Utah. A viewing will be at 9:30 am at the Green River LDS Chapel. Interment will be at the Elgin Cemetery in Green River, Utah. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
