Milton Bryner

Milton "Ted" Bryner PRICE - Milton Bryce (Ted) Bryner passed away on March 29, 2013, in Price, Utah at the age of 99 years. He was born January 7, 1914, to Junius Birch and Marie Bryner. Ted graduated from Carbon High School in the Class of 1932. He was a veteran of WWII, having served in the Army Air Corps. Ted served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from 1938 to 1940 in the Western States Mission. Upon returning from his mission he married Delores Lauritsen on December 26, 1941, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. After the war he worked at Lockheed Aircraft in Burbank, California. He returned to Price where he worked as a machinist. Ted later worked for the U.S. Post Office, retiring after 32 years of service. In his spare time he owned and operated his own farm for 40 years. He enjoyed building a cabin in Scofield and spending time with family. Ted was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints having served in many callings. He is survived by his four children: Bryce (Cristie) Bryner of Price, Kathryn (Charles) Hoyt of Price, Janet Bryner (David Wilner) of Salt Lake City, and Glenn (Peggy) Bryner of Delta; 14 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 69 years, parents, four brothers and baby sister. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Price 5th Ward Chapel (545 East 400 North - Price, Utah). A viewing will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary (680 East 100 South - Price, Utah) and from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Price City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary. Family and friends may sign the guest book and share memories of Ted at www.fausettmortuary.com.
