Maurine Tuttle

Maurine Alga Hansen Tuttle ORANGEVILLE - Maurine Alga Hansen Tuttle, age 76, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City surrounded by members of her family. Maurine was born in Salt Lake City to Nels Abelin and Maggie Bell Beal Hansen on November 23, 1936. She was raised in Emery, Utah. She married Dennis Tuttle in the Manti LDS Temple on December 12, 1958. Maurine was a devoted, faithful daughter of God. She served Him diligently in many callings as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She lived her testimony of the Savior each day. Her greatest joy in life was her family and she was especially proud of her children and grandchildren. Maurine tried to never miss a birthday. Maurine is survived by her husband, Dennis; children: Jeffery (Lynette) Tuttle, Steven (Janet) Tuttle, and Wayne (Elise) Tuttle, all of Orangeville, along with Teresa (Dan) Limb of Heber City and Denise (Russell) Astin of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; brother, Nels Gary Hansen of Emery; 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Jennie Lee Thomas. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 7, 2012 at 12:00 Noon in the Orangeville LDS 1st Ward Chapel (45 West 100 South, Orangeville). There will be a viewing Thursday, December 6, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary (720 N. Center St., Castle Dale) and Friday at the church 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. prior to the services.
