Mark Leslie Don Nay
Mark Leslie Don Nay, 28 passed away suddenly in Price, UT on January 28, 2016. He was born on September 1, 1987 in Price to Scott Cordona and Dusty Nay.
Mark graduated high school while living in Norwood, CO. He was active in football, basketball and track from 7th grade through 12th grade. He also enjoyed snowboarding. He trained and became a fighter in the MMA cage fighting association. He was very scrappy for a little guy. Mark had worked for Price City as a maintenance worker and also in construction, and as a chef. He was a person with a huge heart and was a true friend to all who knew him. Mark's greatest joy in life was his family, and especially his little boy Markis who he loved with all his heart and his daughter CC.
Mark is survived by his children Markis and CC, his mother Dusty Nay of Castle Dale, his father Scott Cordona of Salt Lake City, his grandmother Kay Curtis of Huntington, his great grandmother Lucy Curtis of Huntington, his grandfather Bruce (Kathy) Nay of Norwood, CO, and his aunt and uncle Angela (Larry) Carter and Casey Nay, that were more like siblings to him. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Jack Curtis, his uncle Don Kirk Curtis and his best friend Ronald "Biggee" Butterfield who was there to meet him as he returned to Heaven.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11:00 am at Huntington 1st Ward Chapel, Huntington, UT. Services are entrusted to Fausett Mortuary of Emery County. Friends and family may visit the online guestbook and share a memory of Mark at www.fausettmortuary.com.
