Mom worked hand-in-hand with City Council to beautify the Senior Park, and other community efforts. Mom was a life-long member of the Sewing Club, Rio Grande Vet Club, Ladies ' Auxiliary, Good Sam Club and the Helper Lions Club. Fond memories and good friends were made while traveling with the Lions to Australia, Japan, Bahamas and many locations in the United States. After Desmond's retirement many happy summers were spent traveling the Oregon coast and frequent visits to Penny in Alaska. Mom is survived by children: Desmond Gerald Peckham, Raelene Beckstrom, Joyce Greco, Dianna and Jerry Tanner, Penny Tupper, daughter-in-laws: Sherrie Peckham, and Leena Peckham. Mom is preceded in death by her husband Desmond Charles, sons Royce Iven, James Michael, grandsons Shawn and Michael Peckham, granddaughter Tammy Bird, and Holley Shotack, son in law Darrell Beckstrom, daughter-in-law Jeanette Peckham and great-great granddaughter Lexi Lloyd.
