Larry Allen Price
Larry Allen Price, 71, passed away in Provo, UT on January 1, 2016. He was born in Emery, UT on December 25, 1943 to Allen and Oma McBroom Price. He was raised in Dragerton where he attended school. When he was about 14 Larry moved to Price where he has resided ever since. He served his country in the US Army during Vietnam and was honorably discharged. He was a heavy equipment operator and worked in construction for Strong Construction, and the Plateau Mine among other places. Larry was a cowboy and enjoyed his horses and cattle. He was an ornery old cuss who took after his father and he will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his son Travis (Michelle) Price, daughter Amanda Price, step children Jeremy Worley and Stacy Hedley. He is also survived by his grandchildren Debra, Dianne and Wyatt; great grandson Charlie; and siblings Chester Housekeeper, Jerry (Frances) Price, Regina (Tom) McCourt, Richard (Kathy) Price, Gayla (Rick) Housekeeper, and Jeanne (Larry) Olsen. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant son Troy, sister Vivian Housekeeper, brothers-in-law Robert Bachelder and Ronald Leonard.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1:00 pm and Fausett Mortuary, 680 East 100 South, Price. A visitation will be held from 11:30 - 1:00 prior to the services. Interment will follow in the Price Cliffview Cemetery entrusted to the care of Fausett Mortuary.
