Larry Horace Ekker Larry Horace Ekker "L J" age 34, passed away in Hanksville, UT on January 10, 2016. He was born on April 11, 1981 in Richfield to Larry C & Rita Ann Hill Ekker. L.J. had a difficult time at his birth and required a shunt to be placed to sustain his life. This was the beginning of a life of survivorship for him. He also attended Snow College South and received training which helped him become an excellent chef. He shared those talents as he worked for Duke Alvey. L.J. loved to be out of doors with his horse, and riding his 4 wheeler. He really loved his dog and best friend and companion "Hank". L.J. will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
