Kent Pyne

Kent was born July 17, 1966, to Judi Dexter and Kelly Pyne in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They would later move to Utah. Kent spent most of his growing up years in Kearns, Utah. He Passed away unexpectedly on March 18, 2025, at his home in Price.

He married Kelli Pyne and together they had 2 children, Kaleigh and Kwinton. They later divorced. It was late in life that Kent met JuNette and together they went on many fun adventures. Kent lived in Texas, Idaho and eventually settled in Price Utah.

Kent was a fun, loving, gentle soul. He would help anyone who needed it! He was the life of the party! He loved to tinker with cars, trucks, anything with wheels! If something was broken he would take it apart to figure it out so he could fix it! He would trade up or buy projects to work on. Kent was very handy at fixing things. He owned his own handy-man business. He later got his CDL and was driving over the road for a little bit then, hauled locally with Reed Hurst Trucking. He was very adventurous, loved camping, dune buggies, rock climbing in the atv. He was very happy being in the great outdoors!

Kent loved animals! At the time of his passing he had 3 dogs, 35 goats, 1 lamb, and 30 chickens/roosters. He had his own mini farm. He tried out pigs but decided against them.

He leaves behind his sweetheart JuNette, his daughter Kaleigh (Jenaye), and his son Kwinton(Camille), 2 beautiful grand girls who he was so proud of Olivia and Alyssa; his parents Kelly (Sue), and Dan Waechter; his siblings Kerry (Shannon), Lisa (Pieter), Daryl (Marlo), Wendy (Ron), Brent (Lisha), Cheri (Mark), Eddie (Reggie), Marry (Dan), Joel (Britney) and many nieces and nephews who loved uncle Kent along with many aunts, Uncles, cousins, friends, coworkers and many beloved animals who he called family!!

He is preceded in death by his Mother Judi Dexter; grandparents, Jack & June Dexter, Edward and Donna Pyne; uncle's Jay and Jeff Dexter, Remo and Rueburn Pyne; aunts, Deanne, Torey, Calleen; sister, Ali Pyne; brother in law, Jeff Brower.

Our arms can't hug him anymore but our hearts are full of the love Kent shared with all of us!!

Family Gathering / viewing March 29, 2025, from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Fausett Mortuary (680 East 100 S) in Price, Utah. Celebration of Life potluck will be held following the gathering, Washington Park, (400 N 100 East) in Price, Utah
