Kent Powell

Kent Neldon Powell "Buffy" passed away March 14, 2020 at his home in Price, Utah. He was born October 12, 1967 to Neldon and Evelyn Powell in Price, Utah. Kent worked in the Mining Industry for 23 years as an electrician foreman for different companies. Kent was a loving, caring man with a wonderful sense of humor. And enjoyed making other's laugh and spending time with his good friends. And want to extend a Thank You to Pat, Louis and Ernesto for their caring compassion and time they gave to him. Kent cared more of other's than himself even with his impaired vision would have given "the shirt off his back" or his last dollar. Kent struggled with addiction and in his darkest days wanted to make a difference in his life but his addiction kept him from changing until the last 60 days of his life that were substance free. And now his soul cleansed for the happy reunion that has now taken place. He is survived by daughter Alexis Powell of Price, Utah; brother Kevin Powell of Price, Utah; sister Neleen Powell & Burke Jensen of Tremonton, Utah; sister Rinna Powell of Logan, Utah; many nieces and nephews and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by parents Neldon Lavell Powell and Evelyn C. Powell and brother Shawn Lavell Powell. A viewing will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Fausett Mortuary, 680 East 100 South, Price, Utah.
