Julie Cox

TREMONTON/FERRON - Julie Ann Cameron Cox, age 60, passed away on July 22, 2017 in Tremonton, Utah. She was born February 15, 1957 in Payson, Utah to Jay D. and Melba Maud Rose Cameron. She enjoyed growing up in Payson, Utah with her sisters, Vickie, Carrie, Kathie, and her brother Max. They enjoyed camping, traveling, trips to California and gardening. Julie graduated from Payson where she participated in glee club, debate club, swimming and many other activities. Julie married Jeff Peterson and had three beautiful daughters Jessica, Courtney and Tiffany. They later divorced. She married the love of her life Robert Cox on July 21, 1984 in Joe's Valley and they became a blended family with his two wonderful children Katie and Kevin. Julie loved the blessing of motherhood more than anything. She, Bob, and the kids loved camping up Joe's Valley, fishing, ATV rides in the desert, going to rodeos, and loved spending time with family. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Julie is survived by her children Jessica (Ryan) Adams of Tremonton, Courtney (Anthony) Allred of Afton, WY, Tiffany (Stephanie) Peterson of Elizabeth, CO, Katie (Adam) Marrott of Richfield and Kevin (Trish) Cox of St. George, 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, brother Max Cameron and sister Kathie Baker. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, parents, sisters Vickie and Carrie. A viewing will be held Friday, July 28, 2017 at Fausett Mortuary in Castle Dale from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Orangeville 1st Ward at 11:00 am with a viewing from 10:00 - 10:45 am prior to services.
