Biography Jerry Cooke Price-Jeremiah "Jerry" Cooke, age 48, passed away on May 6, 2011 in Price, Utah. Jerry was born on April 8, 1963 to David Hunter and Okla Deloshia Dalton Cooke in Duck Town, Tennessee. He married Vicki Lynn McLaren on July 5, 1986 at Joe's Valley. He is survived by his wife: Vicki, children: Melissa (Gary) Delobel of West Valley, Utah, Bethony (Peter) Jorgensen of West Jordan, Utah, Nikki Pilling, Amanda Cooke (Matt), Jeremiah (Ashley) Cooke II, mother: Okla Deloshia Cooke all of Price, Utah, 8 grandchildren, siblings: Loraine Fisher of Missouri, Lorelei (Norman) Edick of Phoenix, Arizona, Michael (Julie) Cooke of Evanston, Wyoming, Larry (Melanie) Cooke of Saint George, Utah, Mark (Samantha) Cooke Price, Utah, Duaine (Opal) Cooke of Steamboat, Colorado, Anna Valentine of Bountiful, Utah, and Charley Wickham of Salt Lake City, Utah. He is preceded in death by his father David Cooke Sr. and brother David Cooke Jr. In the honor of Jerry's wishes there will be no services held at this time.
