Jacklynn Farren

Castle Dale, UT - Jacklynn Farren, age 55 died July 2, 2019 at her home after a lingering illness. She was born May 28, 1963 in Oakland, California. Jacklynn worked at the Emery County Care Center in Ferron from 2002 until 2009. While working at the Care Center she made many lifelong friends. Later, she worked at the Castle Dale Library from 2011 until 2013. Jacklynn loved animals and helped with many rescues locally. She loved reading and helping friends and neighbors with any problem or issue that they may have and went out of her way to make new friends. Jacklynn will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Spurgeon, of Castle Dale, Ut. Also survived by her step-father Ron Pyle, Jacklynn's dear friend Julie Christensen, both of Castle Dale, Ut. Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Emery County Recreation District, 75 South 400 East, Castle Dale, Utah at 6:00 p.m. where everyone is welcome.
