Delma Rae Mayberry passed away on October 14, 2016 in Elmo, Utah. She was born September 30, 1926 in Mount Emmons, Utah to LeRoy and Weltha Osborn Thacker. She married Womack "Bill" Kail Mayberry on the April 17, 1956 in Elko Nevada.
Delma enjoyed music, playing bingo, quilt making and tying, crocheting, geneology, and attending the LDS temple. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She is survived by her daughter Julie Roberts of Price, Utah, 5 grand children and 3 great-grand children, a brother, Alton Thacker of South Jordan, sisters Pattie Richards, of Draper, Lorna Smith of Salt Lake City and Anna Lee Mathews of Roosevelt. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Sandy Mayberry, and granddaughter Kacindra Larae Manzanares.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Fausett Mortuary in Price from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to funeral services at the church. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Price 1st Ward. Interment will be in the Altamont City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
