Darlene Thompson CASTLE DALE - Darlene Thompson, age 79, passed away October 28, 2010, at Castleview Hospital in Price, Utah, after a lingering illness. Darlene was born October 18, 1931, in Huntington, Utah, to Nelse and Irene Christensen. She married Clyde W. Thompson on March 17, 1961, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is survived by her husband, Clyde W. Thompson of Castle Dale; children: Mark T. Wilberg of Castle Dale, Susan (Louie) Ward of Cleveland, Don (Debbie) Wilberg of Castle Dale, and Kaye (Jeff) Sitterud of Lawrence; sister, Ella Verlene Cites of California; brothers: Elwood Nelse Christensen of California and Alan J. Christensen of Ogden, Utah; eleven grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelse and Irene Christensen; and siblings: Irene Madge Behling, Melvin Dale Christensen, Margie Jane Tucker, Val J. Christensen, and son-in-law, Jim C. Ward. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 1, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Fausett Mortuary (720 N. Center St., Castle Dale). There will be a viewing from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Castle Dale City Cemetery. Funeral services are under the care of Fausett Mortuary.
