Dahrl Rae Miller Quayle
Ferron/Price - Dahrl Rae Miller Quayle, 88, passed away April 13, 2016. She was born November 21, 1927, in Copperton to Alva Eugene and Maude Nichols Miller. On September 24, 1947, she married her sweetheart Paul Walker Quayle. She was a beautiful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mom had a talent for making things beautiful. She made beautiful crocheted afghans, baby dresses, baby sweaters and booties. She was a talented seamstress who could make anything without ever using a pattern. She made handmade dolls and loved doing anything crafty. She loved to show off her handywork. We will miss her, but are happy that she has finally been freed from her earthly trials.
She is survived by: Her six children - Robert Lee (Judi) Quayle; Paul Randall (Shirley) Quayle; Constance Hope (Larry) Liston; Ronald Kent (Cathy) Quayle; Paula Rae (Jim) Lucas; Julie Ann (Travis) Winn. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband; grandson Ryan Quayle; sisters Genevieve, Jewel & Barbara and brother Little Gene.
Viewing will be held Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 11:00 to 1:00 at Fausett Mortuary in Price. Following at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, graveside services will be held at Ferron City Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to share special stories/memories of Dahrl at the graveside service. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
