Casey Morgan Donaldson
Casey Morgan Donaldson passed away August 6, 2009 in the Lakeview Hospital, in Bountiful, Utah. Casey was born April 8, 1957 in Price, Utah to Walter M. and Connie L. Donaldson. He was the eighth of fifteen children.
He graduated from Carbon High School where he was the president of the band and the chess champion. Casey overcame a lifetime of physical disabilities and never complained. He served a mission for the LDS church in Rochester, New York where he participated in the Hill Cumorah Pageant. He graduated from the College of Eastern Utah and Weber State College. Casey was an accomplished musician and an avid learner. He loved to read, write, travel, and engage in lively conversation. Casey was a selfless man of high integrity and he touched many lives.
He is survived by his mother, brothers, and sisters: Connie (Brent) Barker, Walt (Claudia) Donaldson, Mary Dawn (Kent) Shorts, David (Debbie) Donaldson, Barbara (Burke) Torgerson, Gwen Donaldson, Brady (Becky) Donaldson, Debbie Donaldson, Scott Donaldson, Tracy (Paul) Hofer, Joseph (Kristy) Donaldson, Chris (Marsali) Donaldson, Kelly (Kelly) Donaldson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, sister, Joan, and nephew Darin Shorts.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 10, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Price 7th & 8th Ward LDS Chapel (995 East 700 North - Price, UT) Interment will be in the Cliffview Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary. Send Condolences to the family at www.fausettmortuary.com.
