Biography
PAYSON/PRICE - Calvin Lee Cook, age 51, passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2014 due to complications of MS. He was born on August 8, 1962 in Price, Utah to Jay Cook and Carol Hansen.
He loved driving Semi trucks and drove over the road through 48 states until he was diagnosed with MS in 2008. His hobby was collecting and making model Semi trucks and was willing to show them off anytime.
Calvin was greatly loved and will be missed by his daughter, Kerilyn Cook; son, Brian (Jennifer) McKinney of Payson; 3 adored grandkids, Seth, Desa and Bryceston; mother, Carol Martin of Price; brother and best friend Dell (Quana) Cook of Orangeville; sisters, Vickie (Kelly) Koonce of Huntington; Debbie Cook, Lisa Cook and nephew Chris Cook of Payson.
He is preceded in death by his father and sister, Louise.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fausett Mortuary Chapel (680 East 100 South - Price, Utah.) A viewing will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary and on Saturday from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. prior to the service at the mortuary.
