Dareen Clement\n\nCLAWSON--Dareen Clement died peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on January 1, 2009. Dareen was born January 3, 1925, in Fairview, UT, to Henry and Marinda Brady. She married Don Raph Clement February 1, 1949, and was later sealed in the Logan Temple.\n\nDareen was a Registered Nurse for over 50 years. She was a director of nursing several times at different hospitals and taught nursing at CEU. She put in many years of leadership service in the Relief Society as well as years of Family History extracting. She was an accomplished organic gardener, good dancer, great cook, and life-long learner and dreamer. She loved her family dearly and spent many hours camping, talking, and just spending time with them.\n\nDareen is survived by her husband, Don; six children: Trudie (Jay) Waddoups of Clawson, UT, Mitzi (Craig) Nyborg of Ibapah, UT, Myra Shelley of Brookings, OR, Matthew (Sherry) Clement of Woodland Hills, UT, Benjamin (Collette) Clement of Huntington, UT, and Tawna (Trent) Burton of Taylorsville, UT; a sister, Marelle (Grant) Sanderson of Tooele, UT; 36 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Darrel Brady, Wayne Brady, and Glen Brady; and two sisters: Vesta Walker and LaVee Fowles.\n\nFuneral services will be held Saturday, January 3, 2009, at 11:00 a.m., at the Bluehills Ward Chapel in Ferron (35 West 200 North). There will be a viewing Saturday at 10:00 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in the Fairview City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
